 Hello, I’m Jana.

My work is rooted in a simple belief: when we feel at home within ourselves, everything changes.

For the past 15 years, I’ve supported busy, high-achieving women who may appear to have it all together on the outside, yet feel disconnected within - guiding them back home to who they truly are.

This work is deeply personal to me, because my own path has been a journey of homecoming too.

After years of striving, achievement and searching for belonging in all the wrong places, I came to understand that wellbeing isn’t about fixing ourselves or becoming someone new - it’s about remembering who we already are. Reconnecting with our truth, our bodies, our inner wisdom.

That understanding shapes how I work today.

Together, we gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface. We make sense of the patterns that have kept you stuck and make space for something new. More confidence. More clarity. A deeper sense of meaning. Whether you’re navigating burnout, a relationship, a career change, an identity shift, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way, this is a space of inner return.

My approach is warm, compassionate and integrative, bringing together psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience and holistic practices to support meaningful, lasting change.
