 Hello, I’m Jana.

 I’m a women’s wellbeing coach, counsellor and facilitator.

For the past 15 years, I’ve supported busy, high-achieving women who feel out of touch with themselves to come back home to who they truly are.

Often, the women I work with look like they have it all together on the outside - but inside, feel disconnected, uncertain, or unfulfilled. Together, we gently explore what’s beneath the surface, helping you rediscover your confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of meaning - whether you’re navigating career, identity, burnout, relationships, or major life transitions.

My approach is deeply personal and integrative, shaped by both my professional training and lived experience. I bring together psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience, and holistic practices to support lasting, meaningful change - not by fixing who you are, but by helping you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

It’s a journey that will bring you home.
