I’m a teacher, speaker, facilitator and coach.
I’ve spent over 13 years helping people around the world feel more at home inside themselves by providing support, clarity and space. I connect psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience and a holistic approach to help you make sustainable change which is both practical and positive.
Whether you’ve come here feeling anxious, burnt out, unsure of your next step, just curious, or for any other reason - one of the most powerful tools I offer is learning how to be present. This helps you cut through the noise, distractions and resistance we all have inside (and around) us which can prevent us from reaching our full potential.
